On a morning when most people my age (which is still young) are sleeping off their hang overs from the night before. I got up early... really early . I am sitting outside of our new project waiting for my father and uncle to meet me here and talk plans. It's snowing I'm cold and wishing I was in bed... actually kinda wishing for that hang over. Luckily while making a coffee run they showed up and the house had a heater in it yessssssss.
A shot of the kitchen. Reminder that little wall on the right is being taken out.
Here is the opening in the kitchen that will face the entry room below is a picture of what this wall will look like with cabinets.
the opening in this picture looks like a window. It's not.
Here is the opposite wall. The sink wall.
Here is a picture of what it will look like (hopefully)
So when I fist stepped foot in the third floor of this house, I realized something was wrong. The floors were slanted. Badly. So The guys jacked up the house and added a new support. Right now the wood on the left is just temporary (I'm sure that's clear). The slanted floors are gone that's for sure. The large support on the ceiling helps keep the roof from caving in.
This beam looks important as well. Looks like someone has a sense of humor.Up we go
Bob and I discussed where the hall sconces and light switches go.
These bedroom pictures are.....redundant and boring. I will spear you. Here is 1 of 3
