Looking at this place you would say it's not so bad........ Look again yes the outside is brick with charming vines, but the awnings are horrible as well as the shutters. Can you believe that someone thought it was a good idea to paint the limestone surrounding the front door and the steps for that matter? So were gonna need a face lift. But just wait til you see the inside..not a good scene. But in the end it's going to be a knock out three bedroom two bath Georgian with a finished basement.
